My labia were very asymmetrical, one was roughly six times the length of other. This was not only causing me very severe physical problems including chafing and sores but also physiological problems, which essentially left me unable to form relationships as I was frightened of showing my body to anyone. Mr Mahajan is a truly exceptional surgeon, he was not only friendly but made me feel very at ease about a problem that I have felt incredibly ashamed about for years. He was very patient and explained every aspect of my surgery and recovery in detail, answering all my questions and calming my nerves! I cannot recommend Mr Mahajan more highly, he is a truly gifted surgeon and I could not be more pleased with the outcome of my surgery, everything has settled beautifully and looks perfect.

Prior to my surgery my breasts were very asymmetrical, the left breast was a normal shape but a very small AA cup and the right was a tuberous shape and a C cup. This led to me being very body conscious and incredibly ashamed of my appearance, I was very doubtful any surgeon could make them look normal. Prior to surgery I discussed with Mr Mahajan the best way to proceed to get the best possible outcome. He was exceptionally patient in answering all of my questions and discussing all possible options. Firstly, I had anatomical (tear drop) expander implants inserted in both sides, so that both breasts could be evened out and slightly increased in size. Following this I had a second surgery to replace the expander implants with permanent anatomical (tear drop) implants. I also had a small amount of breast tissue removed on the left side so my breasts would match in shape as well as size. I truly cannot believe the wonderful results Mr Mahajan has achieved, my breasts now look completely symmetrical and in proportion with my body, something I would have never dreamed possible. Mr Mahajan definitely is a gifted and very friendly surgeon. 6 weeks on my breasts have settled beautifully, I am so happy and much more confident I can now wear a costume without a t-shirt!

I had a very unsightly Giant Nevus birth mark on my left side which I had always been very self conscious about. Measuring roughly 14 cm x 5 cm it covered much of my side, making it difficult to cover easily. Because it was so large, I was concerned it could more easily become cancerous and felt having it removed would be the best option. I was very worried about the size of the scar and possible puckering of the wound site. Before my surgery I had a very long discussion with Mr Mahajan about the final appearance of my scar as I was worried it would end up looking worse than the original birthmark. He was very patient and explained what could be done to minimise the scarring. After the surgery I was shocked at how smooth the scar was, I was expecting it to be at least a bit puckered but it followed the line of my body perfectly. One year on and the scar is almost completely faded and hardly noticeable. I am so grateful to Mr Mahajan, he definitely put my anxiety at ease. I could not have chosen a better doctor, he certainly exceed all my expectations.

I received wonderful care from Mr Mahajan from my initial consultation, through to the operation and after care. Mr Mahajan was very easy to talk to and made me feel very relaxed, we discussed my options and the whole procedure from beginning to end was made very clear to me. I went into the first consultation not knowing what to expect but during the consultations I was given plenty of information and advice. I never felt rushed into making a decision and always felt at ease and able to ask questions. I am unable to think of anything that could improve the experience and care received.

I had the fantastic pleasure of meeting Mr Ajay Mahajan and his team recently ………… I had been struggling with back, neck and shoulder ache for years, my neck and back were the worst with what appeared to be a hump forming because of my posture, I was trying to carry my 34JJ breasts and hide them at the same time. I also had the disfiguring of my shoulders where my bra’s were struggling to hold up the JJ cups on a 34 inch back!! August 11th 2016 was the date of my operation and I was so frightened having never been in hospital (apart from childbirth) My pain barrier is not high at all…… but I can honestly say I have felt no pain at all! From start to finish the professionalism and care from Mr Mahajan himself and the rest of his team has been amazing, I was in hospital for less than 24 hours and home with my feet up, best advice I can give is do what you are told do nothing, NOTHING for at least 1-2 weeks listen to the advice given which I did I went back to see Mr Mahajan just 2 weeks later and the strips were removed again with no problem at all , Im booked in for my next aftercare appointment 29th November where I am hoping that afternoon I can buy some beautiful new lingerie size 34D!!! The difference this has already made to my life is incredible I look like Im taller as Im standing and walking properly now and my right size of clothes fit properly, I no longer have to buy 2 dress sizes bigger just to fit over my breasts . I cant stop looking at the perfect pair my Daughter who is only 25 says theyre even better than hers and I agree. Every day the scarring gets fainter and its only been 8 weeks!! Cant wait for my holiday next year, pictures will follow I promise
